19.11.2024On November 18, 2024, a presentation of various international projects took place as part of the ERASMUS VILLAGE event at the Slovak Agricultural University (SPU) in Nitra. The Faculty of European Studies and Regional Development presented an interesting project focused on the development of soft skills - important competence for success on the labour market: Improving soft skills for the 21st century in career counselling - Transfer of V4 experience, No. 22410040.
This project, implemented in a consortium of universities from Hungary, Armenia and the Czech Republic, focuses on the creation and implementation of soft skills modules for students, which will serve as a valuable tool for their future professional development.
What is the goal of the project?
The main goal of the project is to create soft skills modules for the Career Centre of the partner university in Armenia, which will help students improve their communication, team, organizational and other key skills necessary for their successful entry into the labour market. In addition, the project will also include the publication of an international monograph, which will be devoted to the use of soft skills in career counselling.

Students of all faculties of the SUA have a unique opportunity to participate in a questionnaire survey that is part of this project. Your feedback will help in creating content-relevant and practical modules that will contribute to better career counselling within the project.

When and how long will the project take place?
The project will be implemented from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025, while the results are expected to have a long-term impact on the career growth of students in an international context.
